Marijtje van Duijn is Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology, University of Groningen, part of the Interuniversity Center for Social Science Theory and Methodology (ICS).

Topic:

Her research interests are in social network analysis, statistical modeling, and especially the combination of these topics with a strong emphasis on applications including software. In the field of social network analysis she has worked on the p2 model, a bivariate logistic regression model with crossed-random effects to analyze a complete network accounting for dyadic dependence. She is working on extending this model to three-way network data. What is the best way to account for the dependence between triadic data?
